Front Suspension and Brakes
I finally finished the front suspension tonight. WOOHOO! It looks great! I added pictures to the gallery under the Suspension and Brakes page. It was a lot of work but it was worth it. I battled a lot of wrong parts from vendors and forgotten pieces from drop shipipers but I just about have everything. At the time of the pics I had not received the flex brake hoses yet. I also needed to dust off the rotor evidently because it looks pretty dusty in the photos. I will take some final pics once I get the flex lines on before I put the wheels back on.
So, with this phase, I have finished:
Front Suspension - including the camoflauged Hotchkis kit
Steering Linkage and box
Front Brake Conversion kit - including correct 1967 four piston calipers
Master cylinder and lines
New subframe - powdercoated
New steering column
Next I will do the brake lines to the rear end, fuel tank and rear end - 12 bolt 4:10 posi and suspension and heater core and box assy. Staye tuned!!!
